We also collect limited technical data such as browser type, device and pages visited, which helps us understand which pieces people look at most.
How we use it. Your details are used to process orders, arrange delivery, respond to enquiries, honour warranty and repair requests, and — only if you opt in — send you occasional news about new collections.
Who we share it with. We share only what is necessary with our delivery partners and payment processors. We never sell your personal information to third parties.
Your rights. You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@thegemwish.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Security. All traffic is served over HTTPS and payment details are handled entirely by our PCI-compliant payment provider — card numbers never touch our servers.
