30 days to change your mind, 10 years of structural cover.
30-day returns. If your piece is not right for the room, tell us within 30 days of delivery. It must be unused, in its original packaging where possible, and we will arrange collection. A 15% restocking fee applies to made-to-order and upholstered items, because they are built for you.
Damaged or incorrect items. Tell us within 7 days with photographs and we will repair, replace or refund in full — your choice, our cost.
10-year structural warranty. Frames, joints and suspension are covered for ten years from delivery against manufacturing defects. This cover follows the product, so it still applies if you sell the piece on.
What is not covered. Normal wear, fading from direct sunlight, damage from liquids, pets, misuse, or repairs carried out by anyone other than Thegemwish.
The Repair Passport. Beyond warranty, we will re-web, re-upholster, re-oil or re-finish any Thegemwish piece for the cost of materials and labour. Furniture should be repaired, not replaced.
