By placing an order with Thegemwish you agree to the following terms.

Orders and pricing. All prices are shown in US dollars and include applicable packaging. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors; if a price changes after you order, we will contact you before charging you.

Made to order. Some pieces are built after your order is placed. Lead times are shown on each product page and are estimates, not guarantees. We will notify you of any delay of more than seven days.

Natural variation. Timber, stone, rattan and leather are natural materials. Grain, tone and small knots vary from piece to piece — this is a characteristic of the material and not a defect.

Care and use. Products are intended for indoor residential use unless stated otherwise. Following the care instructions included with your delivery keeps your warranty valid.

Liability. Our liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the product concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you order is the version that applies to your order.
