Timelines, costs and how white-glove delivery works.
We deliver furniture the way we would want it delivered to our own homes.
Processing. In-stock pieces leave our warehouse within 2 business days. Made-to-order pieces are built to the lead time shown on the product page.
Delivery areas and cost. Standard kerbside delivery is free on orders over $500. Orders under $500 carry a flat $49 delivery fee. International delivery is quoted at checkout based on destination and volume.
White-glove service. For $99 per order our two-person team carries your furniture into the room of your choice, assembles it, removes all packaging and takes away your old piece if you ask them to.
Scheduling. Our carrier contacts you 24 hours before arrival with a two-hour window. Someone over 18 must be present to sign.
On arrival. Please inspect your furniture before the team leaves. If something is damaged, note it on the delivery note and photograph it — that makes a replacement fast and painless.
